This "Beat The Street" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The Blue Collar Investor Corp. Old Bethpage, New York 11804 (herein referred to as the "Sponsor").

1. TO ENTER. Sweepstakes participation is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 15, 2008 and ends 11:59 PM ET on December 15, 2008 ("Entry Period"). To enter online, go to www.beatthestreetsweepstakes.com and complete the official online entry form including your full name, complete address, telephone number, email address and date of birth. Send your entry by clicking on the submit button on the Sweepstakes page. Limit one entry per email address. To enter by mail, hand print the above information on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail to: "Beat The Street" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 610505, Bayside, NY 11361-0505. Group and mechanically reproduced entries, including photocopies, are not eligible. Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected or postage due entries. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET December 15, 2008. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2008 and received by December 19, 2008. Each entry must be mailed separately. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to opt-in to future communications from The Blue Collar Investor. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decision of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a two (2) night trip for two (2) people (that is, Grand Prize winner plus one travel companion designated by winner) to New York City. Trip includes roundtrip economy-class airfare for two (2) to JFK or LaGuardia Airport (or another nearby airport selected by the Sponsor) from a major airport near winner's residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy) in Manhattan, two (2) tickets to a Broadway Show, one (1) pre-show dinner, one (1) $150 prepaid debit card for transportation and a personal investment consultation with Alan Ellman, The Blue Collar Investor. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize winner lives within 200 miles of New York City, winner will receive, in lieu of airfare, roundtrip local transportation between winner's home and the hotel. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, gratuities and hotel incidentals. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor's approval. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. All winners and companions must present valid identification prior to ticketing. Airline carrier's regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Other restrictions may apply. Any minor travel companion must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the trip. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $2,500, but actual final value of trip may vary based on point of departure and ticket availability at time of purchase. Fifty (50) First Prizes will be awarded. First Prize winner will receive a Cashing In On Covered Calls book by Alan Ellman. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of First Prize is $20. ARV of all prizes is $3,500. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes or assessments and any person winning over $600.00 in prizes will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Sponsor for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded. Limit one prize winner per eligible household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. RANDOM DRAWING. Potential winners will be chosen in a random drawing to be held on or about December 22, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decision with respect to the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules and regulations will be final. Winners will be notified by telephone, email or U.S. mail. Grand Prize winner and travel companion will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law) within five (5) business days after winner receives such document(s). The Grand Prize winner's traveling companion will also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law) within five (5) days after winner receives such document(s) and will otherwise be ineligible to participate in the prize. If potential winner does not reply to such notification within five (5) business days, an email notification is undeliverable after up to three (3) attempts and/or the Affidavit of Eligibility, release and Indemnification and Publicity Release is not returned to Sponsor within specified time period, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Personally identifiable information received will be used only to verify eligibility and award prizes.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant of an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected because of email addresses that are no longer correct, or for any other reason beyond the control of the Sponsor. Return of any prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification. If for any reason any prize is not claimed or a winner is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

4. GENERAL RULES. Employees of The Blue Collar Investor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion or fulfillment agencies, and any of their affiliated companies, agents, assigns and suppliers, and their immediate families and members of household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

By acceptance of prize, winner grants permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotions, and trade without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering Sweepstakes and /or accepting the benefit of prize, winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and representatives (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") from any and all injuries, loss, claims or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by S network or lines, typographical or other errors, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or down loading any materials from this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the benefit of prize, entrants, winner and winner's travel companion agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the judges, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry mechanism, to be violating these Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner.

5. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION AS TO SPONSOR. Sweepstakes provided "as is". Winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for, and winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all losses, damages, or injuries of any kind (including personal injury, death or property damage/loss) resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes-related activity, including the acceptance/possession and/or use or misuse of any prize relating to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor hereby notes, plainly and precisely, that the limitations of liability noted directly above extends to any negligence or other fault of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the benefit of prize, winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, that the Sponsor will have no liability whatsoever for any liability for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the benefit of prize, winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to hold Sponsor harmless for any and all injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, whether or not foreseeable, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property damage/loss arising out of the internet website used in the Sweepstakes, the prize or any trip awarded hereunder. Sponsor hereby notes, plainly and precisely, that the limitations of liability noted directly above extends to any negligence or other fault of Sponsor in connection with Sweepstakes.

6. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION AS TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES. Sweepstakes provided "as is". Winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree that the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible or liable for, and winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from losses, damages, or injuries of any kind to person, including personal injury or death, or property resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes-related activity, including but not limited to, the acceptance/possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any prize or any part of the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the benefit of prize, winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree that the Sweepstakes Entities will have no liability whatsoever for, and that entrant shall hold the Sweepstakes Entities harmless against, any liability for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the benefit of prize, winner, winner's travel companion and each entrant agree to hold Sponsor harmless, to the fullest extent provided by law, from any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property arising out of the internet website used in the Sweepstakes, the prize or any trip awarded hereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding the Sweepstakes, including any websites used in connection therewith and any prize awarded hereunder, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by the Sweepstakes Entities.
